As part of increased investment and revitalization in Canada and the Americas, Omron Automation and Safety moved its Canada headquarter to Consilium Place in east Toronto. Omron also recently acquired Adept Technology, Inc. and Delta Tau Data Systems, Inc., with the goal to reinforce its technology development and engineering capabilities in the field of motion control designed to drive manufacturing equipment.
