Stephanie Neil, Editor in Chief
Stephanie Neil has been reporting on business and technology for over 20 years and was named Editor in Chief of OEM in 2018. She joined PMMI Media Group's Automation World in 2015, where she contributes as Senior Editor. Earlier in her career, she was Senior Editor at Thomas Publishing's Managing Automation and a community manager for Manufacturing-Executive.com. Stephanie has a wealth of knowledge in CPG, food and beverage, and pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies and covers engineering, trends, workforce development and more.
Natalie Craig, Managing Editor
A member of the OEM editorial team since 2015, Natalie Craig was named Managing Editor in 2018. Her journalism career began when she was the managing editor of the Columbia Chronicle, which was named the "No. 1 non-daily college newspaper in the nation" during her tenure. After graduating from Columbia College with a BA in multimedia journalism, Natalie worked in Chicago's bustling tech startup scene and launched her own blog. She enjoys covering new technology and its effect on machine builders, as well as workforce development and culture issues.

Aaron Hand has nearly three decades of experience in B to B publishing, and was most recently Executive Editor for Automation World, a position he held since 2013, where he focused on the continuous process industries. In his new role as Editor at Large for PMMI Media Group, Aaron will report on a wide variety of industry developments including advancements in packaging for consumer products and pharmaceuticals, food and beverage processing and industrial automation. Aaron holds a B.A. in Journalism from Indiana University and an M.S. in Journalism from the University of Illinois.
