Aurizon Ultrasonics, a manufacturer of rotary ultrasonic bonding systems, originated with a team of experts that have been committed to the research, development, and commercialization of high power ultrasonic technology in industrial applications for decades. The Aurizon team works with each customer to gain a thorough understanding of their product, application and process, then develops comprehensive and customized solutions considering key parameters such as horn metallurgy, acoustic designs, anvil geometries, component fabrication and system engineering. This approach allows customers the capacity to apply ultrasonic technology to their processes in unique and creative ways.
The Soniseal™ Series of systems is ideal for packaging applications and includes the Soniseal™ 40 and Soniseal™ 40 UL, both of which are optimally designed for vertical and horizontal sealing. The Soniseal™ 40 comes in a single or a dual drive package and is intended for heftier applications including zipper attaching and crushing. The Soniseal™ 40 UL bonder offers maximum seal consistency and control in a high-speed, lower cost package and is designed specifically for VFFS, HFFS and flow wrapper machinery.
Aurizon’s latest development, the Sonisolution™ RS Series, provides OEMs the freedom to incorporate ultrasonic technology into their systems on their terms, allowing them to offer their customers a multitude of benefits. These rotary ultrasonic sonotrode assemblies are available in 20 kHz, 30 kHz or 40 kHz with a selection of horn designs up to 75mm in width. Subject to the application, the Sonisolution™ RS Series can operate at speeds of up to 800 meters per minute.
State-of-the-art analytical tools and fabrication technology combined with in-house design and manufacturing capabilities enables Aurizon Ultrasonics to deliver innovative results. We also offer in-depth and customized training to make sure that operators and other process personnel are knowledge
