To determine what OEMs are experiencing with their CPG customers during the rapidly changing COVID-19 situation, PMMI Business Intelligence conducted a member survey from March 11- March 15 and found that roughly two-thirds of the 167 respondents have already had experience with CPG customers limiting entrance to plants and offices. More than half are using emergency plans, some of which were created specifically for COVID-19.
