Tavoron, a national expert in industrial automation, robotics, compressed air, motion control and engineered solutions, announced the acquisition of Fluidraulics Inc., an automation component and system distributor that has served customers across Pennsylvania and Ohio since 1967. The acquisition strengthens Tavoron’s motion control offerings and expands its geographic reach into the Pittsburgh and Cleveland markets.
For more than 55 years, Fluidraulics has delivered automation solutions backed by quality products, competitive pricing and a strong commitment to customer service. The company specializes in pneumatic automation, supplying a broad line of components, including air cylinders, actuators, grippers, valves, fittings, sensors and FRLs, along with the application and implementation support customers rely on to select and deploy the right products. Fluidraulics serves medical and industrial customers from operations supporting the Pittsburgh, Pa., and Cleveland, Ohio, areas.
The acquisition of Fluidraulics supports Tavoron’s strategy to deliver integrated, end-to-end automation solutions that combine electrical and fluid power technologies. By incorporating Fluidraulics’ product offering, vendor relationships and technical experience, Tavoron further enhances its ability to serve OEMs, manufacturers and industrial facilities seeking efficient, reliable production systems while extending its presence across the broader region.
“Fluidraulics brings more than five decades of fluid power expertise, longstanding vendor relationships and a strong reputation for service – qualities that align directly with Tavoron’s mission to advance industrial operations across North America,” said Nicholas Martino, CEO of Tavoron. “This acquisition expands our automation components and systems portfolio and strengthens our presence in the Pennsylvania and Ohio markets, allowing us to bring even more comprehensive solutions to our customers.”
“We are excited to join Tavoron and bring our customers access to a wider array of technologies, services and engineering resources,” said Paul Hodge, CEO of Fluidraulics. “Our team remains committed to delivering the same responsive, knowledgeable support we’ve provided since 1967, now backed by an even broader platform.”
Fluidraulics will continue serving the Pittsburgh and Cleveland areas, maintaining its team, vendor relationships and the high-touch service its customers depend on. The company will integrate into Tavoron’s broader automation distribution business while continuing to deliver reliable automation products and application support across Pennsylvania and Ohio.
