Hello, everyone. So my name is Christian Clausen, and I'm from the company Sonepar from Norway. We are here at the beRobox booth where we are showcasing beRobox' new development, a palletizing, depalletizing solution with a 3D ultrasound safety sensor on board for dynamic safety.
So the way it works is that you can actually you see it's completely safe without even fences. If I get near to the robot when it come to my side, it will slow down before I reach, and it will even stop when I go further, so it's completely safe and harmless, which you can make it very flexible. It reduce a lot of space in a setup, in a real production, because usually you would go with fences around. So what you see here, when I get close to the robot, it stops immediately.
The, the sensor detects by ultrasound. So we we see things in 3D by showing this beam of a sound coming out, reflecting back, so once it go to yellow, you can see it, it slows down, and when it goes to red, it stops immediately. It automatically resets itself, so it starts when I'm out of the, the zone, which makes it very yeah, easy to work around. There's no operators needed to go and restart the system.
