Turnkey packaging line system
The fully automated and integrated system starts with a series of hoist and trolley bulk bag unloaders, each handling a different bulk density material and equipped with pneumatic bag agitation for consistent and complete discharge. A smaller bag dump station is also included for minor ingredients. Each material is conveyed up to the mezzanine level where a series of diverting valves allow the exact amount of each material to enter the final consumer packaging line below.
