Athlonix DCP high power density brush motors from Portescap offer an optimized price-to-performance solution. The motors feature an energy efficient, coreless design with self-supporting coil and magnetic circuit to deliver maximized power density and sustained endurance over the life of the motor.
These motors are available in both precious metal commutation and graphite commutation, with Alnico magnets inside. The constant force spring design for carbon brush ensures consistent performance. Restriction of the electro erosion coil, which ensures an extended lifespan for the motor, is also available.
Athlonix DCP also feature a maximum continuous torque as high as 6.5 mNm, and higher stall torque than similar comparative motors.
