TRi PLC, a pioneer in programmable logic controller (PLC) innovation and industrial automation technology, announced the release of its new AI-powered chatbot, engineered to provide customers with rapid, intelligent assistance in selecting TRi PLC products and resolving technical questions.
The new TRi PLC AI Chatbot integrates advanced natural language processing (NLP) and knowledge-based inference to deliver accurate, context-aware responses to both product and engineering queries. It enables customers — from OEM designers to systems integrators and automation engineers — to identify the most suitable PLC models for their applications based on I/O requirements, communication protocols, and control logic capabilities.
