Gustavo joins CAS Holdings from Thermo Fisher, where he spent seven years as Head of Operations and a Site Leader. During his tenure, he successfully led numerous initiatives that improved operational performance and drove growth. We are confident that his leadership experience at Thermo Fisher will transition smoothly to our operations at CAS, bringing valuable insights and practices to our teams.

In his new position, Labombarda will oversee eight teams at our Forge Park location in Franklin, MA. His leadership will be crucial in coordinating efforts across these teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment with our strategic objectives. By fostering a supportive environment, he aims to empower team members to contribute their best work, ultimately driving the company’s success.

His education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the National Technological University (Buenos Aires, Argentina), is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has completed executive leadership programs at MIT.
