Rovema North America—a subsidiary of Rovema GmbH, which designs and supplies packaging machinery for the food industry—purchased all Rovema brand-related business from Rovema Packaging Machines. All new Rovema-related sales and services will be provided exclusively by Rovema North America of Norcross, Ga., including all parts, conversions, and technical services.
