LAUMAS introduces its small and affordable TLC, with its dimensions of 45x26x11 mm in the board-only version, is the most compact and cost-effective of our analog weight transmitters.
If space is limited and/or you need to reduce costs (e.g., for mass production or smart weighing), it is the a solution for creating applications with multiple independent weighing systems connected to a single PLC via analog output, but which do not require special technical performance.
Versatile Applications
The TLC adapts to any type of application and is available on request in 2 additional versions:
In its simplicity, the TLC is equipped with all the following features:
- Analog output in current (4-20 mA) or voltage (0-10 VDC);
- Connection of up to 4 load cells in parallel;
- Compatible with the analog/digital boards of any PLC;
- Rated output selection with mini switches, in a range between 1 mV/V and 3 mV/V;
- 12-turn potentiometer for zero and full-scale adjustment.
It is also the only one of LAUMAS transmitters that features spring terminal blocks for faster and more secure wiring in case of transport after calibration and/or exposure to vibrations.
