Change Parts, Inc. is proud to announce the debut of its new CPI Rotary-Capper, a versatile automatic capping machine designed to provide manufacturers with high-speed performance, flexible configurations and simplified changeover—all within a compact machine footprint.
The CPI Rotary Capper will make its official debut at PACK EXPO International in Chicago in Booth S-4126, where attendees will have the opportunity to see the new capping technology firsthand and learn how it can be configured to meet a wide range of bottle sizes and production requirements.
Designed with flexibility in mind, the CPI-Rotary Capper is available in 4-head, 6-head and 8-head configurations, allowing the machine to be matched to bottle size and required production speeds. Depending on configuration, the CPI Rotary-Capper is capable of speeds ranging from 135 BPM up to 300 BPM.

The CPI-Rotary Capper features a compact 42-inch-wide by 51.75-inch-deep footprint, making it an efficient addition to production environments where floor space is important. The machine incorporates full stainless-steel lower shrouding with four maintenance doors, as well as a stainless-steel upper enclosure with Lexan panels and front and rear access doors designed to facilitate changeover.
One of the machine's key features is its Kwik Change tool-less changeover system, helping operators simplify adjustments between production runs. The CPI-Capper also includes a fully adjustable, machine-driven timing screw with in-and-out adjustment and a ball detent clutch, accommodating screw diameters up to 6 inches.
