Synergetic Micro Systems, Inc: Compact 'gateway'

The PKV40 compact gateway links an Ethernet network to DeviceNet, Profibus, Interbus, CANopen, ControlNet, AS-1 or SDS. The converter device comes from Synergetic Micro Systems (Downers Grove, IL).

Based on a 486/66 programmable processor running Windows™ CE, the gateway may be programmed with third-party or custom-control software. It can control a fieldbus system and report trending data to a SCADA or ERP/MRP system via Ethernet.
