Butler Automatic, a manufacturer of automatic splicing equipment for web-fed packaging and converting operations, is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin Kirkpatrick as Vice President of Sales.
Justin brings more than 15 years of global sales leadership experience in the packaging automation industry. His background includes direction sales organizations, expanding international markets, strengthening distributor and OEM relationships, and driving consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
Prior to joining Butler Automatic, Justin held senior leadership roles at SupplyOne/Romanow Container, PAC Machinery, and Econocorp, where he led sales, technical support, and marketing teams. His achievements include increasing company-wide sales by more than 50%, opening new verticals such as the craft beer market, developing new global agent networks, and leading industry initiatives while serving on PMMI committees.
