
Food & beverage manufacturers will learn how to improve the bottom line with continuous improvement sessions at the 102 annual Northwest Food & Beverage Manufacturers Expo and Conference from Jan. 11 to 13, 2016 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland. The expo and conference will focus [MR1] on “continuous improvement.” Where attendees will learn about the latest tools and techniques to improve food production, workforce effectiveness, overall equipment efficiency and audit preparation in the 21st century.
The annual expo attracts 440 exhibit booths, more than 20 educational sessions and more than 3,000 attendees. This year’s expo includes guest speakers Jeff Manning, the creator of the “Got Milk?” campaign, and Frank Yiannis, vice president of Food Safety for Walmart.
