Two black, 8-oz, HDPE bottles mate together to form the tanning bed. The bottles have black snap-open dispensing caps. Designed for children interested in keeping insects alive, the container has an 89-mm opening and a lid with air holes in it. A paper label inside provides graphics. Bronze Continental Glass & Plastic (Chicago, IL) was able to supply an extrusion blow-molded container in the shape of a locomotive for Proto Smoke Fluid marketed by MTH Electric Trains of Columbia, MD. The HDPE package is screenprinted and the smokestack functions as a dispensing plug and closure.
