The Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc. board of directors has named Tom Hayes as the Massachusetts-based agricultural cooperative’s new president and CEO. Hayes served as president and CEO of Tyson Foods from December 2016 to October 2018. Most recently, he was a partner at Chicago-based Entrepreneurial Equity Partners (e2p), a private equity firm focused on investing in middle-market food companies.
