Formost Fuji Corporation, a manufacturer of packaging equipment, announces the retirement of Dan Semanskee, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. His retirement was effective March 31, 2026, marking the conclusion of more than 25 years of dedicated service to the company.
Dan joined Formost Fuji on December 6, 2000, bringing with him a deep understanding of the business that began well before his formal employment. He first became associated with Formost Fuji in the 1980s, serving as an auditor with the company’s outside accounting firm before later joining the organization in a full-time leadership role.
Throughout his tenure as CFO and Treasurer, Dan played a critical role in guiding the company’s financial strategy, supporting growth initiatives, and helping ensure long-term stability. His leadership, institutional knowledge, and commitment to financial integrity have been instrumental to Formost Fuji’s success.
Dan will remain an active member of the Board of Directors, continuing to provide guidance and oversight.
