Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery, Inc. will debut its new High-Speed, Ultra-Hygienic Rotary Tray Filling System at PACK EXPO International 2026, in Booth S-1647, October 18-21 in Chicago.

For years, the limitations of conventional tray filling systems have been accepted as simply the cost of doing business: difficult sanitation, excessive maintenance, large equipment footprints, and production downtime during changeovers. Spee-Dee Packaging Machinery believes those compromises are no longer necessary. At PACK EXPO International, the company will unveil its new High-Speed, Ultra-Hygienic Rotary Tray Filling System, designed to challenge the status quo and deliver a smarter approach to tray filling.

Developed for fresh-cut produce, leafy greens, vegetables, and other loose-fill applications, the High-Speed, Ultra-Hygienic Rotary Tray Filling System was engineered to help processors improve sanitation, increase operational efficiency, simplify maintenance, and maximize valuable production space without sacrificing throughput.

Unlike traditional tray filling systems that require processors to choose between hygiene, accessibility, flexibility, and performance, Spee-Dee's innovative design combines these critical requirements into a single, streamlined platform. By integrating a dual discharge multi-head weigher, filling system, and controls into a compact footprint, the system reduces complexity while improving accessibility for operators and maintenance personnel.

Sanitation was the driving force behind every aspect of the machine's design. An open-frame construction, sloped surfaces, and stainless-steel structure help create a system that is easier to clean, easier to inspect, and better suited for demanding washdown environments.
