Hello, my name is Alex Bialler, and I'm the head of sales for Rehinger in North America. Today at Pack Expo, we're presenting our NCP25 case packer, packaging dip tubs into RSC cases.

In the case packer, we have tubs coming in single file, and we're splitting into two, three, or four lanes depending on the pack pattern. As we're collating the tubs, we're using a delta robot to pick and place them into an RSC case that was previously erected using Pin and Dome Case Erector that is integrated into our machine.

As the case gets sealed and exiting the case packer this short operation is done all in one single frame. There are a few details to the machine where we are controlling the back pressure of the tubs coming in to ensure the product stability and ensuring the quality is just fine. We're using a server-driven funnel that allows us positive loading with product every time, and that really ensures quality cases coming out of our case packer every single time.
