This stainless steel constructed, pneumatic controlled sanitary quick release tool-less belt conveyor from Multi-Conveyor has a retractable idle and drive end with a center take-up. Made to transport temperature controlled raw meat product at a volume of more than 50,000 lbs. per hour and running up to 60 FPM at 60 hertz, the retractable idle end operates with a customer supplied metal detector to reject product at the infeed, while a manually adjustable belt scrapper with catch pan scrapes off excess product that does not fall into the totes.
