Hello, I'm Jonathan Kaylor, a development engineer for heating control. This year at PMMI, we have the Cascade water system that we're demoing. In particular here, we have a cyclone bundle from our SWISM, which is a slice wash support module product line. This particular cyclone bundle runs about 750 gallons per minute. It has cyclones inside.
These are all patent pending and patented designs in this cyclone bundle here. This is what we use to separate silt and any kind of starch from root vegetables, or any kind of a water processing system that you need to remove any kind of fines from. As part of this cyclone bundle, system in the SWISM, that we may catch it on the video here later, but there are other components in this, family of systems.
In particular here is a prism. It's a little version of a SWISM. So we can handle water processing anywhere from 30 gallons a minute up to about 1,300 gallons a minute, to handle any kind of filtration needs in recirculated processed water. By recirculating all of this water, we can save you on fresh water.
That's the real bottom line is up to 75%. I've had people that have certainly done more than 75 percent savings on fresh water in water circulation systems, specifically in potatoes. But, we're certainly branching this out into other root vegetable options. So if you need any more information about this, feel free to contact us.
It's going to be info at heat and control. com or just go to our website and you can find us there.
