Eaton’s XV-300 HMI-PLC operator interface features an intuitive multi-touch touchscreen, logic, integrated supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software, in addition to a web server on a Windows Compact Embedded 7 Pro operating system. The XV-300 supports Eaton’s new XN-300 I/O product, which is a compact, slice-card-based modular I/O system with tool-less plug-in assembly. The operator interface also supports other I/O networks such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus TCP, PROFIBUS-DP, ProfiNet, and EtherCAT.
