Robopac USA will showcase two key automatic stretch wrapping technologies at PACK EXPO International 2026, October 18–21 at McCormick Place in Chicago. Visitors to South Hall Booth S-3766 will have the opportunity to see the Genesis Thunder with Automatic Roll Changer (ARC) and the new LX Automatic Stretch Wrapper demonstrated live.

Genesis Thunder with Automatic Roll Changer
The Genesis Thunder is a high-speed automatic rotary ring stretch wrapper engineered for demanding production environments. Operating at speeds of up to 65 RPM and capable of wrapping up to 120 pallet loads per hour, the Genesis Thunder combines high throughput with precise film application and low-maintenance operation.
At PACK EXPO, Robopac USA will demonstrate the Genesis Thunder equipped with its Automatic Roll Changer (ARC).
The ARC automatically ejects the empty cardboard film core and positions a new roll of stretch film for the next wrapping cycle, eliminating the need for operator intervention during film-roll replacement. The ARC is available in single- and double-roll configurations, with the double-roll version providing additional flexibility for managing film changes.
By automating film-roll replacement, the Genesis Thunder with ARC helps manufacturers:

Visitors will have the opportunity to see the LX Automatic operating live and discuss how the machine can fit into their production environment and broader end-of-line automation strategy.
