Aetna Group, global expert in the end-of-line innovation, will showcase the latest advancements in end-of-line packaging automation at PACK EXPO International 2026, taking place October 18–21 at McCormick Place in Chicago, Illinois. Visitors are invited to experience the latest technologies firsthand at Aetna Group's Booth S-3766 in the South Hall.
As part of Aetna Group's global “Lightning Bolt World Tour”, the booth will bring together innovative packaging and material-handling technologies designed to help manufacturers improve productivity, reduce labor dependency, enhance load containment, and optimize end-of-line performance.
“PACK EXPO International provides an excellent opportunity for manufacturers to see how automation can address today's most pressing production and labor challenges,” says at Aetna Group USA. “Our solutions are designed around real-world production requirements, helping customers create more efficient, reliable, and connected end-of-line operations.”
New Stretch Wrapping Innovations
Robopac will feature several stretch wrapping technologies, including new solutions making their PACK EXPO debut.
The Robot S7 with Power Cut will feature a new option developed specifically for fruit and vegetable applications. Specially developed for fresh produce, floral, and agricultural applications, the new Power Cut device slits a full-width film roll into 5 distinct film strips. This creates strategic ventilation openings across the load, allowing perishable goods—such as fruits, vegetables, plants, and flowers—to breathe during transit and storage while maintaining optimal load stability. By eliminating manual film cutting, it also significantly enhances operator safety and productivity.
The Robot S7 with Power Air film carriage will demonstrate enhanced film application capabilities and greater flexibility for different load types and packaging environments.
Also on display will be the Masterwrap HD CWE with a new Electrical Clamp system which delivers advanced automation in a compact, mid-range stretch wrapping solution without requiring compressed air. Its electric clamp and cutting system automate film attachment and cutting, providing high-end performance while minimizing footprint.
The Rotoplat 708 PVS with Cubix (dimensioning system) will demonstrate technology that captures pallet dimensions and helps optimize wrapping parameters for improved efficiency and load containment.
Ideal for the aluminum and woodworking industries, the Orbit R9 horizontal stretch wrapper delivers consistent film application and reliable protection for aluminum extrusions, lumber, and long non-palletized bundles.
The Genesis Thunder with Automatic Roll Changer (ARC) combines high-speed rotary ring wrapping with fully automated film roll replacement to maximize uptime and production efficiency. Designed for demanding, high-volume operations, the ARC minimizes operator intervention and keeps pallets moving with consistent film application and reliable performance.
Complete End-of-Line Automation
Visitors will also have the opportunity to explore complementary technologies from across the Aetna Group portfolio, demonstrating how individual machines can work together as part of a complete end-of-line solution.
Featured equipment will include the DIMAC Nova 40T Case Packer, TopTier TTX Low-Infeed Traditional Palletizer, new LX Automatic Stretch Wrapper, and OCME Auriga ATL Automatic Truck Loading LGV.
A major attraction will be live demonstrations of the OCME Auriga ATL Automatic Truck Loading LGV loading a truck simulator. The demonstration will highlight how automated logistics technologies can help manufacturers improve warehouse efficiency, reduce manual material handling, and advance intralogistics operations.
Live Demonstrations and Digital Stage Presentations
Throughout PACK EXPO International, attendees can participate in live demonstrations and presentations on Aetna Group's digital stage. Industry experts will address key topics impacting today's manufacturers, including:
· Packaging automation trends
· Stretch wrapping optimization
· Customer Care advanced services
· Sustainable packaging solutions
· Labor-saving technologies
· Smart manufacturing
· Warehouse and logistics automation
· End-of-line system integration
“Visitors will see more than individual machines,” said the Sales department of the Company. “We're demonstrating how packaging, palletizing, wrapping, and intralogistics technologies can work together to create a more efficient flow from production through distribution.”
